CAW-JL-PRO-SSH is automatioc wiring harness process machine by comprter control from touch panel including cutting length ,stripping length,stripping depth.terminal crimping position and one side crimping other side twisting and tin dipping process.

Crimping machine is driven by Servo montor directly; powerful torsion,slight vibration,coefficient of losses for parts is reduced.

Wire movement is driven by track servo-motor type,fix position more accurately.

This machine can be installed "Optical type wire feeding sensor" and "Terminal sensor system" makes process puality accurately.

Wire twist is made possible by three rotary claws driven; adjustable rotation speeds keep wire straight and neat.

Dipping welding flux and tin dipping depth can be adjusted,accurately process quality by twin-cups design.

Setting twin-tin cups fluctuation and times for scraping tin chips are available.
